Exchange Policy

To ensure a best fit for your pup, Waggity.Co allows for a one-time size and/or design exchange within 3 days after the item is delivered. Please reach out to us via our Instagram (@waggity.co) or the contact form on our website for us to guide you on the exchange process. Exchange policy applies on a case-by-case basis and is dependent on stock availability.

Conditions for exchange:

• You will have to bear the cost for all return postage fees
• Waggity.Co will not be responsible for any lost packages back to us
• All items must be in its original state and packaging
• Waggity.Co reserves the right to reject any exchange claims should the returned product(s) not be in its original state
• Gift items from lucky draws, giveaways or sponsorships are not eligible for exchange

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please email us (sales@waggity.co) with your order number and a photograph of the defect, or details of the incorrect item. We will reach out to you regarding the return process.
